Schedule A Time & Confirm Delivery Details

Factory Mattress offers red carpet delivery services in Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. When on the cart page after adding your desired mattress, you’ll be able to check that your zipcode is in our delivery area! Once your order goes through, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your order details as well as schedule a time for your delivery. Our deliveries can take usually take place within just 3 business days!

After placing an order, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order and schedule delivery. Delivery can usually take place within 3 business days.

For your delivery, there are 3 points of contact. You receive a call the night before assigning your 3-hour window. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email with the link to track the truck in real time, and you will also receive a phone call 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

Clear A Path

Moving a mattress is like moving large pieces of furniture, so it’s important that you have a clear path the desired bedroom for your new mattresses. The path should clear from your front door to the bedroom, and be sure to remove any breakables or additional furniture out of the way. If you have any pets, be sure to secure them in a safe place throughout the delivery process. Our delivery team will wear shoe covers so that no dirt will get into your house during the delivery (and if needed, old mattress removal) process as well as lay down a rug at your home’s entrance to ensure your new mattress remains in perfect condition.

Now that your new bed is setup, it’s time to break it in and enjoy better sleep! It’s important to note that adjusting to a new mattress, especially if you have switched to a different material, depth, and firmness, does take some time. In general, most people become fully adjusted to their new mattress after the first month of ownership.
