Miss Judy and I had been discussing the purchase of a new mattress set for the last few months. We hadn’t been sleeping well, waking up with aches and pains. So we decided to start shopping for a new mattress set. We started looking around, but it seems that EVERY store has the best price and the best beds. It all gets so confusing! I had heard about Factory Mattress and decided to give them a shot at it. The minute we stepped into their store at 183 and Lakeline, we were greeted by the nicest, what they call, sleep consultant. He didn’t talk about mattresses at first. He wanted to know about us, our sleep problems, all kinds of questions, so he could show us what he thought would be best for us. We tried out the comfort level of a ton of mattresses. Their selection is just fabulous, and the sleep consultant made us feel so at ease. Overall, our shopping experience was outstanding. We wound up with a Tempur-Pedic Plush. Miss Judy and I are sleeping better than we have in years. I couldn’t believe that if the set didn’t work out during a 366-day period, we could exchange it for another set. I have never heard of another mattress store with that kind of guarantee. I would recommend Factory Mattress to anyone.
