By asking a series of great questions about my sleeping habits, mattress preferences and any back or health issues—he directed me to several mattresses by top brands he suggested might fit my needs. After testing a variety of mattresses in the showroom, together we narrowed the search to a couple of models. Because I need firm support with the ability to also relieve tension on my lower back, the consultant highly recommended the Tempur-Pedic mattress I am now sleeping on nightly. No doubt, I’m waking up from a deeper sleep with a totally relaxed lower back.
