Looking for a new mattress is a big purchase, and when you’re not sure what you’re looking for, it makes it even more stressful. At Factory Mattress, I was greeted by my sales associate who just sat and talked with me for a while. He found out what I was looking for, what my price range was, and then asked lots of questions about the sleep habits of the people who would be sleeping on the mattress. As the mattress I was looking for would be in my guest room and mostly slept on by my parents and in-laws, he really focused on things I didn’t even think to ask. He pointed out that, as we get older, we prefer firmer mattresses. And he asked about their sleep habits and any health or sleep problems they had. He showed me different types of beds to see what I was interested in and helped me decide on a queen sized Beauty Rest mattress that has already gotten rave reviews from my guests.
