Having slept on a waterbed more than half of my life, when it was time to change to a more traditional sleeping option, I was a little apprehensive. You know, is this going to be like buying a used car? From the time I stepped through the door at Factory Mattress my mind was put at ease. The sleep consultants at FactoryMattress really know their products and have a lot to choose from with name brands like Simmons, Sealy, Serta, and Tempur-Pedic. After a short consultation we had decided that the Simmons Beautyrest was the right choice for me, and boy that is the truth. I was sleeping better than I had been in years from the first night. I can even sleep on it for 366 days and, if for some reason I don’t like it, I can trade it in for a different mattress. Factory Mattress has been locally owned and operated since they started the business, we are neighbours, and that’s how I was treated. The level of customer service is outstanding from, purchase to delivery and set up. It is nice to have a sales consultant actually listen! Not only do they listen to their customer they listen to the competition to make sure they are giving you the best possible night sleep at the best possible price. I am going on two months with my new Mattress and couldn’t be happier!
