I loved my Factory Mattress experience. The service is just as advertised. The sleep consultants are the real deal. I was pleasantly greeted immediately at the door. I was not pressured at all. The sleep consultant was more concerned with me getting a better night sleep than making a sale. I loved the no pressure sales. The sleep consultant asked me about my personal needs and had the knowledge to answer every question I had. I asked a ton of questions. They were patient and friendly.
I walked away extremely pleased and anxious to get my new mattress. The delivery process was equally as pleasant. The mattress was delivered the next day. The Factory Mattress delivery team was extremely polite. I went to another mattress company just to see the difference. The first words they asked; “what’s your price range?” They weren’t concerned with my personal needs just how much money I had in my wallet.
