Our Red Carpet Delivery Service

Factory Mattress offers red carpet delivery service in Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. On the cart page, you can check if your zip code is in our delivery area.

After placing an order, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order and schedule delivery. Delivery can usually take place within 3 business days.

For your delivery, there are 3 points of contact. You receive a call the night before assigning your 3-hour window. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email with the link to track the truck in real time, and you will also receive a phone call 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

Introduce themselves
Wear a Factory Mattress uniform
Ask you to secure any pets
Wear foot protection while in your home and place a rug at the entrance
View the route to ensure property and product safety
Install/set up merchandise
Remove all cardboard, plastic, trash
Ask you to check the product condition/law tag, answer any questions about your delivery and have you sign for your product
Make note of any delivery issues
Move a mattress and foundation from one room to another. For liability purposes the team cannot disassemble, move or reassemble furniture
If requested, our team will take away your old mattress/foundation.

Local Pickup

After placing an order, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order and arrange for customer pickup at our Austin warehouse. Pickup can usually take place within 3 business days.
