101-NIGHT COMFORT PROMISE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Factory Mattress wants to ensure that you are getting the best night’s sleep possible and that’s why we offer a 101-Night Comfort Promise for online purchases. Your 101-Night Comfort Promise allows for one exchange of your mattress set after day 30 and prior to day 101 of the date of delivery. If you exchange for a product of lesser value, an in-store credit will be issued less the sanitization and delivery fee. Once the original factory seal has been broken, we are not able to offer any refunds.
The Comfort Promise applies to mattresses and foundations and does not include adjustable bases, headboards/footboards, pillows, daybeds, waterbeds, special orders, futons or linens.
Because your spine has been supported for a period of time on your old mattress, it typically takes some time for your body to adjust to a new supportive sleep system. Also, with the mattress having no weight on it previously, it does take some time for the coils as well as the paddings to “relax” and may initially feel slightly firmer than the model you tested out in the showroom.
You have the opportunity to extend your 101-Night Comfort Promise to 366 nights by simply visiting a Factory Mattress store and experiencing our RIGHTfit Sleep Diagnostic System that scientifically measures your pressure points and then matches you to the mattress that best suits your specific body type and sleep habits.
To ensure that you are eligible for the 101-Night Comfort Promise for online purchases, when purchasing online, you are acknowledging the following points:
- Because of the break-in period and body adjustment period, we ask you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days prior to making a comfort exchange.
- Damages, Stains and Law Label – Factory Mattress exchange policy requires that any exchanged product be in its original condition, without stains or damage and the law label must be attached to the mattress and intact. (We strongly encourage you to protect your investment’s warranty and Comfort Promise by using a breathable, waterproof, and washable mattress protector.)
- 9.25% Sanitization Fee – The State of Texas Department of Health requires every exchanged mattress/foundation to go through a state-regulated sanitization process.
- Delivery Fee – If you choose to have Factory Mattress deliver your comfort exchange product to your home, our standard delivery fee applies.

Your 101-Night Comfort Promise allows for a refund or one exchange of your mattress set after day 30 and prior to day 101 of the date of delivery. The Comfort Promise applies to mattresses and foundations and does not include adjustable bases, headboards/footboards, pillows, daybeds, waterbeds, special orders, futons or linens.
